Notary deed recorded No. 189 dated June 24,1995 Imam Santoso, SH, Notary in Jakarta, under the name PT. Ting Sheen Bandasejahtera and were approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. C.2-10993.HT01.01 September 4,1995. On July 21,1995, with Number 406/PMA/1995, the company has received approval from the President of the Republic of Indonesia as foreign capital company based Investment Law No. 1 /1967 conjunction No.l 1/1970.

The things that have been obtained by the company are:

1. Construction began in 1996 has included the construction of the port by PT Indonesian Ballast Construction, installation of refrigerating machines with Kuen Ling Machinery Co.Ltd. and the purchase and installation of engine power plant with MaKMotoren GmbH.
The first phase investment of development began in 1996 and completed early 1998 with a total investment of 60 million U.S. Dollar.
 
2. Referring to the company a letter dated March 1, 2006, on March 20,2006 signed the Cooperation Agreement between PT Management of Fishery Port. Maritim Timur Jaya, with the Directorate General of Capture Fisheries - Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
